Site description

Sunnyside Cogeneration Associates owns and operates the Sunnyside Cogeneration Facility, a 53 MW power plant that is located near Carbon, Utah. The SCA #2 Ash Landfill, located southeast of the facility, is regulated under the CCR rule. There are four ground water monitoring wells around the landfill, but water samples were collected at only one of the wells, because the rest were dry. You can find the industry-reported data here.
