Site description

The Richmond Mill Inc Fly Ash Disposal Site II is a privately owned landfill located in Jefferson County, OH, close to the banks of the Ohio River. The Richmond Mill Landfill takes in CCR residuals from outside sources who contract the company to safely dispose of their coal ash material. The Richmond Mill Inc.
